Returns & Refunds

Currently, Suhu does not accept returns. However, in the event that a product arrives damaged or non-functional, customers are eligible to request a refund by notifying us via our contact form within 30 days of receipt. Upon submission of a valid claim, we will process the refund in accordance with our terms and conditions.
